Sequeira Dias Arquitectos is an architecture firm from Ponta Delgada – Azores. We treat each project as new and unique. Our philosophy is to seek integration between the building and its natural setting. We therefore aim to achieve a contemporary aesthetic result that can deliver a unique experience in accordance with the expectations of our clients. We work on architecture, interiors and decoration so that our language can maintain an aesthetic continuity in each work. We have offices in Ponta Delgada and Lisbon.
An architect who graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the Technical University of Lisbon (FAUTL) in 2011, he has focused his professional career on Portuguese firms. He began his career at the Pedro Maurício Borges studio in Lisbon, then moved to the Luís Almeida e Sousa Arquitectos studio in Ponta Delgada. Later he collaborated at M-arquitectos, in Ponta Delgada, Azores, where he specialised in the legal and administrative standards that accompany the design process. He worked on a range of housing, tourist and cultural projects. Between 2017-2019 he was co-founder, together with architect Diogo Madeira, of MASD – Madeira & Sequeira Dias Arquitectos. In 2019 he founded the Sequeira Dias Arquitetos studio in the Azores.
Graduated from ISCTE-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa in 2017, with an Integrated Master’s Degree in Architecture. Since then, has collaborated in architecture studios performing tasks in all phases of housing, tourism and public design projects. Has joined Sequeira Dias in July 2022.
Graduated from ISCTE-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa in 2023, with an Integrated Master’s Degree in Architecture. Has began her professional career at Sequeira Dias Arquitetos in May 2024.
Graduated in Multimedia Art from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Lisbon in 2024 and attended the Architecture course at ISCTE-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. Has been working as a 3D artist at Sequeira Dias since June 2024.
Has been a part of Sequeira Dias since January 2023, providing administrative services.
