The architectural proposal for this single-family home, located in São Roque, features a contemporary and elegant design, marked by modern lines and a strong connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Developed over two floors, the volumetry stands out for its balance between glass surfaces and solid elements, giving lightness and sophistication to the architectural composition. The large openings create a seamless connection with the exterior, maximizing natural light entry and enhancing leisure areas.
The house is distributed across two floors, organized to balance functionality and comfort.
On the lower floor, the social area is designed to encourage interaction and well-being. The kitchen harmoniously integrates with the dining and living areas, creating a spacious and fluid environment. Additionally, this level includes an extra bedroom, a bathroom, and a garage, ensuring functionality and accessibility for everyday life.
The upper floor is dedicated to the private area of the house, consisting of a suite with a walk-in closet, an office, an additional bedroom, and a bathroom.
The exterior of the house has been designed to seamlessly integrate the indoor spaces with the surroundings. The swimming pool, accessible from the living and dining areas, serves as an extension of the social space, providing a relaxing and leisure-friendly environment.
An outdoor greenhouse is also included, offering a dedicated space for cultivation.
